Project for two semi-detached houses in a garden city area. The plot faces east, so placing the two houses on the street would leave one without a south-facing façade. The strategy for the project was to place one house next to the other, leaning on the north side, so that both have all their rooms facing south, towards the garden.

The houses are modular, creating four adjoining spaces of three modules that determine the dimensions of the rooms and openings, and which correspond to the beams between the floor and roof.

The house is built according to active and passive sustainability criteria, using natural materials such as ceramics and wood, an insulated envelope without thermal bridges, and a ventilated roof.
