A ground floor house of the early XX century partly renovated. Existing ceilings hided a great height. The project partially disassemble the house and mantains structure and distribution. An interior courtyard illuminates kitchen and dinning room. We added a floor into the existing volume and dismantled part of the roof. We used a dry construction system, with wooden beams, isolation and floor. We take characteristic preexistences: interior woodwork and hydraulic pavement.
